FlipStar: A Survey of the Current State of Filipino ASR
A small introduction to Filipino automatic speech recognition (ASR) or speech-to-text
I am a signal processing enthusiast specializing in voice AI systems research. My interests include (but are not limited to) multimedia signal processing, voice and conversational AI, and the natural language processing that comes with creating voice interfaces. I am currently developing FlipVox, a suite of tools and recipes to enable voice AI for the Filipino language.
I like playing 🎮 video games 👾, singing 🎤, listening to 🎧 and playing music 🎼 on the piano 🎹
